Dues notices are mailed to the address of record each spring. Please keep your mailing address current with the secretary, and contact the treasurer to confirm the current amount and due date.

EROA maintains a water augmentation plan for the subdivision, with plan maintenance handled under agreement with an outside provider. Contact the board for the current status.
